How is data stored on the device?

All data, including anything related to your wallets (transactions, seed phrases, etc...) is encrypted with standard AES-256 encryption and stored locally on the device.

• Secrets never leave the device.
• XPUBs never leave the device either. Addresses are derived on the device and only single addresses are sent to our ElectrumX server to query for balances and transactions histories. (It's also possible to configure and use a personal ElectrumX/Electrs instance.)
