What happens if I forgot to include the payment message?
If you forgot to include the payment message when issuing the payment from your bank, we won't be able to correctly match your payment against your order.
But no worries, we will refund your payment.
Please reach out to our support team indicating:
- The payment message you see in the order screen.
- The IBAN you sent the payment from.
- The exact amount you sent.
A refund will be issued in your favour in a timely manner.
In the meantime you can still use the same order, if you want, to instruct a new payment with the corresponding payment message or create a new order.
